On Saturday 3rd April 2004 21 of our members, spouses and friends bussed to Murrurundi to enjoy a day out and visit historical sites around that area.
Our first stop was the Murrurundi Museum then with the help of Manny Bloomfield, a local resident we were given a guided tour of the town.
We enjoyed a picnic lunch at Paradise park, visited craft and other shops. Cleaned the Information centre out of pamphlets and jams, then headed back home.
It was a great day!
